Care for Employees
We received the highest honor of the “Taichung City Happiness in Workplace Award” by the Taichung City Government.
We were honored with the “City Elderly Enterprises Excellent Award” by the Taichung City Government.
The company fully covers the intermediary fees for overseas migrant workers, and we have established prayer rooms and provide diverse dietary options including Halal and vegetarian meals to promote equal rights for foreign workers in Taiwan.
Environmental Efforts
We have joined the E.SUN Bank Sustainable Partners Initiative and committed to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
We continue to conduct greenhouse gas inventories across all factories to ensure our carbon reduction efforts meet SBTi standards.
We are planning the procurement timeline for renewable energy to achieve our 2030 goal of using 10% renewable energy (RE 10), gradually reduce carbon emissions during production processes.
