THC gives more job opportunities to disadvantaged minorities and sets up a friendly work environment. We hope that all employees can gain equality in the workplace. Moreover, We over-employ people with disabilities annually and welcome Aboriginals to the company. In 2022, we employed 36 people from the disadvantaged minorities and aboriginal people.
Direct hiring of foreign workers and zero charges: we bear the broker’s fee to lower their burden.
Chinese language teaching: assist foreign workers to learn and adapt to the Chinese communication environment.
Provide Muslim meals and set up a prayer room: suitable dining options and religious beliefs.
Regular care interview: understand their working conditions and provide appropriate support and assistance.
Hold outdoor activities from time to time
We have translated our occupational safety and health training and propaganda into various languages, including Thai, Vietnamese, and Indonesian. This ensures that all employees understand the importance we place on workplace safety and health and learn about our Occupational Safety and Health System policy.
