Besides basic salary and holiday bonus, we based on overall company operations and employee performance to provide incentive, including performance bonus, year-end bonus, and bonus. If each production unit has achieved high production capacity standards, employees will apply for an overproduction bonus—a timely motivating and retaining talents. Moreover, THC sets the salary adjustment and promotion system. THC evaluates and raises salary annually based on the Company’s operating performance and price level.

The company does not use gender, age, race, or any other factors as criteria for evaluation. All employees in the company will undergo assessments, which will be initiated every November. New employees will also receive guidance on the evaluation process, and relevant guidelines will be irregularly announced in the public.

Parental Leave

Our company follows the Unpaid Parental Leave for Raising Children System to support employees in caring for their families. To be eligible for this leave, employees must work for at least 6 months and comply with the Act of Gender Equality in Employment and Regulations for Implementing Unpaid Parental Leave for Raising Children. The leave can be taken for up to two years before the child turns three years old. During this time, we will ensure that their living conditions are taken care of. When employees return, we will arrange for them to return to their original unit and job.

We encourage employees to take responsibility for their work and contribute continuously. Quarterly employee recommendation and award activities are held, and outstanding employees are recognized with medals and bonuses at the Monthly Meeting by the CEO. Excellent employees can go on an all-expenses-paid annual company trip abroad. We hope that these incentives will inspire employees to follow their examples. Due to the government's epidemic prevention policy, we distributed travel vouchers instead of going on an annual company trip abroad in 2020, 2021, and 2022.

The retirement system of THC complies with Labor Standards Act and Labor Pension Act to appropriate labor pensions for every employee. Employees who worked before June 30, 2005 (inclusive) are entitled to the old pension's seniority and continue to contribute under the old system. employees freely choose to qualify for the new design of pensions, the old system's seniority will remain, but since they choose the new system, they will be entitled to the new system of pensions. The old pension contributed an amount equal to 2% of salaries paid each month. We deposited the money in the account with the Central Trust. Moreover, by the regulations, try to calculate whether the old pension is sufficient. If there are deficiencies, we will make up the total amount. THC's pension reserve amount, at the end of 2022, was NT$ 151,887,261.

THC contributes 6% to employees' accounts. Besides the Company's regular contributions pension, employees can also withdraw pensions ranging from 0% to 6% of the pension level to their accounts. According to employees' wishes to ensure their retirement life are protected.

These activities enhance the interaction between colleagues across departments and promote teamwork.
