Based on the prospect and mission of the Company, THC sets up a Training Development System. According to the policies of this system, we hold various courses related to business strategy, talent development and so on. “Employees are the most important capital”, so, THC establishes an internal Hon Chuan Academy to push those talent training plans. Via various training channels, employees can enhance the qualities of administrative management, general knowledge, professional skills, and language skills in order to cope with THC’s global challenges.
Education training of the Company includes topic such as food safety, quality management, occupational safety and health, ethical management, internal control and regulation compliance. The total training courses are 26,609 hours.

To qualify for a re-contract, the employee must meet one of the following conditions: (1) have at least 25 years of service; (2) have at least 15 years of service and be at least 55 years old; or (3) have at least 10 years of service and be at least 60 years old. Once your supervisor approves, you can re-contract in your original unit after retirement. If you are a managerial member, your professional management skills may still be utilized, and you can be re-contracted as a consultant. A total of 12 people re-contract between 2020 and 2022.
