In 2022, we will be participating in Thai Fex in Thailand, Natural Products EXPO in the United States, and Drink Japan 2022 Exhibition in Japan. These exhibitions provide us with an opportunity to promote our products, meet with potential clients, and also learn innovative technologies from various manufacturers to understand the pulse of the global market and improve our capabilities.

Client Satisfaction Survey

At THC, we are dedicated to continuously improving our service and product quality to create value for our clients. We value our clients' feedback and send out a "Client Satisfaction Questionnaire" every year. The survey measures satisfaction levels on various items, including message replying, product quality, delivery dates, after-sales services, coordination and cooperation, product development capability, and service quality compared with the competitor. This effective survey system helps us measure clients' satisfaction levels and make proper improvements to improve service quality.
