Customer and Product Management
In order to provide client with product that meet requirements of client, the laws and regulations, the Company identifies food safety hazards and effectively control the occurrence of risks, strengthening the control capability of food and quality safety. Since 1996, the Company has self-required the formation of a cross-functional team which is responsible for implementation of the establishment, promotion and maintenance of the food quality/safety management system, and has successively passed the certification of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and the Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) and TQF, and continuously improved and maintained the effectiveness of the system.
Customer Service and Complaint Handling Mechanism
In accordance with the “Customer Service Policy” and “Customer Satisfaction Assessment Guidelines,” the Company provides comprehensive services throughout the entire process, from pre-sales to after-sales. A designated Customer complaint channel is available and managed by the sales department. Upon receiving client feedback or complaints, the Company will respond and address the issue promptly. Follow-up actions include internal review and improvement measures to ensure that the issue is properly resolved.
Customer Satisfaction Survey
The sales department annually invites selected customers to complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey, which covers seven key aspects: response to inquiries, product quality, delivery punctuality, after-sales service, coordination, development capability, and benchmarking against competitors. Improvement measures are proposed based on the survey results to continuously enhance service quality.
